About Us
Our Visi
on and Experience
Our founder and CEO, Tori Lyn Colvin-Alby may be a bit quirky and goofy, but it is her experience, courage, and loving character that has made her who she is today and why she has a desire to make dreams come true.
She has been working in event planning for over 20 years beginning as a Marine spouse in the early 90’s and has a background in art and design.
Later and after being both in the Military and a Police Officer, she found her passion in art and event planning remained and decided to pursue it creating TLC Creative Concepts using her own initials and loving what it stand for, because with every event she ensures it is conducted from start to finish with TLC. 
Since the birth of TLC, Tori has been directly involved in all projects and has planned and executed hundreds of events and is still directly involved on a daily basis. In fact she became an ordained minister 5 years ago to be fill a need.

Our other planner is Mackenzie, a young Military spouse that has had an eye for design and events for many years. She joined TLC Creative Concepts because of her love for the planning an design process she discovered while planning her sisters wedding and her own once she became engaged.
Not only did Mackenzie find she loved it, she learned she had a flare for bringing dreams to life with a creative imagination and a passion to bring joy to others while understanding th
e stress one single day can bring.
When the opportunity came to join TLC Creative Concepts there was no question.
